Full size folding goalposts
Sutton United based in Sutton Coalfield near Birmingham have changed Harrod socketed goalposts for full size folding goalposts to make it quicker and easier on match days. They found lifting goal posts out every weekend with mitred corners held together with steel brackets was a problem and unsafe. They have built a new storage area to secure the new football goals which enables posts to be safely wheeled to the pitch and secured. After the match the wheels are re-attached to make removing the freestanding goalposts quick and easy. The wheels are then left attached in the storage area ready for the following week. The club have ITSA Goal flat pack goals and our elliptical folding 9v9 goals, mini soccer folding goals and full size folding goalposts.
